Justin is a member of the Sapotaweyak Cree Nation whose 20+ years of experience spans from financial analysis and market research to financing high growth, capital intensive companies in broad range of industries. Justin has assembled major financing packages and oversaw the execution and completion of these deals.
He has held profile positions in the mining industry analyzing business risk, demand, supply, pricing and M&A activity. Justin also worked closely with the B.C. Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. He provided political and policy advice to Members of the Legislative Assembly
Justin harnesses his rich experience in due diligence and research to ensure that clients are correctly positioned to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. He is responsible for Client Engagement, Strategy Development, Fundamental Analysis and Operations

Maria Kilina MBA M.Fin.
Managing Partner
Maria has 10+ years of strategy consulting for small and medium-sized growing companies, including projects such as marketing strategy development, strategic growth/financial modelling, process modeling, and investment readiness. Maria also serves as a Business Instructor with Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
Having acted as an executive of an R&D and manufacturing company, Maria launched its products in the North American market by implementing product-market fit, executing go-to-market strategies, building teams, launching sales and marketing, and raising government funding. Earlier, as a head of a corporate development team, Maria had conducted financial analysis, investor reporting, financial modeling of strategic plans and had coordinated M&A activity.
With a diverse background in a variety of areas, including finance, investor relations, marketing and business development, Maria understands the needs of different stakeholders, such as business owners, executives, investors, government bodies, and can synthesize them into effective strategy implementation.
